Client Service Process

Unger & Associates Investment Management is a boutique firm serving a select group of clientele. Working together has to be the right fit, because your financial independence can’t be left to someone who doesn’t understand your needs as an individual.


We work closely each client to develop their investment strategy and understand their financial goals. Part of excellent client service is communication, therefore every client has John Unger’s mobile number and are encouraged to call with any needs or questions they may have.


Our Philosophy is if you are going to invest your wealth with us you better be able to talk to the person managing your investments.

Client Reviews:


We typically have 2 to 3 client review meetings per year, and require that we have one formal review annually. Clients outside of the Central Texas area we have quarterly teleconference review meetings.

  • Review investment performance and allocation

  • Review market and economic outlook

  • Review and confirm investment strategy

  • Schedule next client activity
